Former US president Donald Trump's impeachment trial in the US Senate will begin in the second week of next month, a delay of two weeks.
This is to give the Chamber more time to focus on President Joe Biden's legislative agenda and Cabinet nominees, said Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer on Friday.
