WASHINGTON/TOKYO/SEOUL – Nato sent a strong signal to China in a meeting with its Indo-Pacific partners, a day after branding Beijing a “decisive enabler” of Russia’s war against Ukraine and urging it to cease its support.
Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand – non-Nato members that are collectively referred to as the bloc’s Indo-Pacific Four (IP4) partners – were attending the Nato summit for the third year in a row.
