A Facebook post, by an intensive care unit (ICU) doctor at a hospital in Washington state, doing the rounds of the medical community starts with just a few terse bullet points that could be the opening lines of a movie script - except it is real life.
"We have 21 (patients) and 11 deaths since (Feb 28)," it says.
