WASHINGTON – Vice-President Kamala Harris is expected to call Donald Trump on Nov 6 to concede defeat in the presidential election, NBC News reported, citing two Harris aides.
President Joe Biden also plans to call Trump and will speak publicly about the election results, the network reported, citing a White House official. REUTERS
