NEW YORK – Over 15 days in February 2023, Uber received three increasingly alarming reports about one of its drivers in Pennsylvania.

One passenger said the driver “called me the N word”. Another said he made her feel uncomfortable by asking if she wanted a drink and whether she lived alone.
