The Biden administration is staying the course on competing with and confronting China, but is less combative than its predecessor, if US Secretary of State Antony Blinken's speech on China is any indication.
Experts said his speech at the George Washington University on Thursday, while critical of China, was not as confrontational as it could have been, especially compared with speeches from the previous administration.
