Judy Robbins from Brownsburg, Indiana, went skydiving on her 80th birthday on Saturday despite what others said at her nursing home.
UNITED STATES (REUTERS) - Judy Robbins from Brownsburg, Indiana, went skydiving on her 80th birthday on Saturday (Oct 21).
She said she has been wanting to jump out of an airplane despite what others said.
"Everyone at the nursing home says oh 'aren`t you scared to death, ya know I wouldn't do that'," Robbins said.
"I said, there`s nothing to it."
She said the experience was spiritual.
"It was like reaching out and touching the face of God, because that's the closest I'm going to get till I die," she added.
