SINGAPORE - Senior Minister of State for Defence and Foreign Affairs Mohamad Maliki Osman will visit the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from Thursday (Sept 28) to Saturday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

The visit is part of Singapore's ongoing engagement and interaction with Gulf Cooperation Council countries, the ministry said on Wednesday.

In the UAE, Dr Maliki will call on Minister of State for Defence Affairs Mohammed Bin Ahmad Al Bawardi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Affairs Authority Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Committee Office Jassem Mohammed Al Zaabi.

Dr Maliki will be accompanied by officials from the ministry.
