LONDON - United States President-elect Joe Biden has made few foreign policy pledges. Yet there is one topic on which Mr Biden has been very specific: a promise to reinstate the nuclear deal which the US concluded with Iran back in 2015.
And early indications are that the Iranians are willing to reciprocate with their own friendly moves towards the US.
