LONDON - If any deal is negotiated to end the war between Russia and Ukraine, Turkey is likely to emerge as one of its key enablers.
For it was in Turkey that the Russian and Ukrainian foreign ministers met face to face for the first time since Russia's armed forces invaded Ukraine a month ago. And it is Turkey that continues to sound optimistic about the chances of stopping the bloodshed.
