WASHINGTON - US President Joe Biden left on Wednesday (March 23) for a visit to Europe whose security calculations have fundamentally changed.
While the war in Ukraine grinds on, European leaders have an eye on strategising for a continent that, among other things, will now see a "post-pacifist" Germany rise once again as a military power.
