BERLIN - If the Kerch Strait incident on Sunday (Nov 25) was following a meticulously orchestrated plan by the Russians, then the military wisdom of the Kremlin crew has to be seriously questioned.
The standoff at one of the most sensitive points between Russia and Ukraine - the passage from the Black Sea into the Sea of Azov - could heavily backfire against Moscow.
