BRUSSELS - Who will form the government of France? As the newly elected French Parliament convenes on July 18 for its first session, no one – not even President Emmanuel Macron – can provide a coherent answer to this fundamental question.
The only certainties are that Mr Macron is in no hurry to nominate a prime minister and that a new government won’t be formed for many more weeks.
