LONDON - European Union ministers are meeting in Brussels on Friday (July 20) to formally review Britain's latest proposals for the terms of the separation between the EU and the United Kingdom.
While everyone regards the latest British proposals as substantial, London's offerings continue to face stiff European opposition, and the continued political turmoil in London renders the negotiations even harder.
