LONDON - Germany has warned about the danger of further fuel shortages when a pending European Union-wide ban on Russian oil comes into force.
“Local, temporary supply shortages and further price increases cannot be excluded,” German ministers warned their country’s lawmakers in a written parliamentary statement.
