LONDON - Britain's Parliament convenes on Thursday (Feb 14) for another debate on the terms of the country's withdrawal from the European Union.

With nothing decided just six weeks before Britain is scheduled to leave the EU, Thursday's parliamentary gathering was meant to be decisive. But the chances are that another opportunity will be missed, since Parliament has little to discuss.
