OTTAWA (AFP) - Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will convene an emergency ministerial meeting on Sunday (Sept 30) night ahead of a Washington-imposed deadline for an agreement on revamping the North American Free Trade Agreement, officials said.

"A ministerial meeting will be held tonight," a senior official said in Ottawa as US and Canadian negotiators held eleventh-hour talks aimed at revamping Nafta.
