BRAZIL (REUTERS) - A Sao Paulo shopping centre uses waste to grow vegetables for employees on a roof-top farm, in a bid to reduce its environmental footprint. Waste from the mall's food court is transformed into compost for the farm, which grows a variety of pesticide-free vegetables such as lettuce, peppers and tomatoes.
