SINGAPORE - With the start of the new year, organisations are paying attention to hybrid work again as many employees find themselves working partly from home and partly in the office.

This is because since last month, Covid-19 restrictions have been eased to allow 50 per cent of workers back in offices, provided they are vaccinated. Before that, employees generally worked from home by default.
