SINGAPORE - Until this year, Lou Hong Yeow had gone overseas for training camps and wrestling competitions only four times since joining the national team in 2013. This year alone, the Singapore captain has already been to six countries.
The Wrestling Federation of Singapore (WFS), the national governing body, has upped its efforts in a bid to ensure its athletes meet the qualifying criteria for next year's SEA Games in the Philippines, where the target is three medals.
