SINGAPORE - Katinka Hosszu is known as swimming's "Iron Lady" for the stamina and grit through which she has won three Olympic golds and multiple world titles.
But the Hungarian has had to rely on that hardiness more than ever this year for the tough time she has endured outside the pool.
