SEA Games: Floorball venue moved to ITE College Central, dates unchanged

SINGAPORE - The SEA Games competition venue for floorball have been changed to ITE College Central in Ang Mo Kio.

It was previously scheduled to be held at ITE College East in Simei but due to technical issues, the Singapore SEA Games organising committee has opted for a different location.

The dates for the June 11-14 event remain unchanged. The four-day tournament, which features both men's and women's category, is a non-ticketed event.

This is the first time that the sport will feature competitively at the biennial Games.

It made its debut at the 2013 Games in Myanmar but only as a demonstration sport and no official medals were given out.

Singapore is regarded as a regional powerhouse in the sport and expected to sweep both gold medals.
