PHNOM PENH – Joseph Schooling will be missing from the starting blocks when the SEA Games swimming competition kicks off on Saturday, but that has not dimmed the Singapore team’s star power in Phnom Penh.
Head coach Gary Tan is banking on a squad packed with experience and know-how to get the job done at the Morodok Techo National Aquatics Centre.
