SINGAPORE - Thousands will descend upon the National Stadium this weekend (April 13-14) to watch the world's best showcase their physical prowess at the HSBC Singapore Rugby Sevens.

But players The Straits Times spoke to insist it is not speed or physical strength that will be key to coming out tops on Sunday - but mental toughness.
