"Andrew" assigning courts and collecting money from social badminton players outside the OCBC Arena before signing them in. There is consternation among enthusiasts as they are unable to book the facilities and they suspect that resellers are snapping up slots.

It is 7.30pm on a weekday at the Sports Hub's OCBC Arena and a group of badminton players are gathered outside the facility.
Clad in their sports gear and with their rackets in tow, they sit and wait for "Andrew".
