SINGAPORE - Malaysia won the squash SEA Games women's team title, beating Indonesia 2-0 in the final on Saturday.
Vanessa Raj Gnanasigamani beat Yeni S. Rohmah 11-7, 11-8, 11-3, while Rachel Arnold defeated Yuliana Catur 11-8, 11-9, 11-4.
Singapore and Thailand finished joint third.
"Even though everyone was expecting (Malaysia to get the gold), we had to really try our best because Indonesia were playing really well. It was a really hard match for us," said Gnanasigamani.
"I feel amazing because it is my first Games and I got two golds," said Arnold.
