Race 1 (1,000m)

(3) TANZANITE showed good improvement in her second start. She can go one better, but it is her first run on the Polytrack.

(1) CHEEKY CRANBERRY makes her debut for the powerful combination of trainer Alan Greeff and jockey Richard Fourie.

(2) FRENCH ROMANCE is a One World filly that would not be a surprise winner on debut.

(5) SOMBREUIL did not show her best last time and is better judged on her good third two starts ago. She can contest the finish.

Race 2 (1,400m)

(5) ON AN IMPULSE makes his local debut. Blinkers are carded for him, and he could be the one to beat as he tries the Polytrack.

(8) MISSOURI FLAME showed even more improvement in her second start and could have more to come.

(4) BUGLE and (3) MIO DESTINO are holding their form and both can get involved with the finish once again.

Race 3 (1,600m)

(5) ROYAL MISSY attracted massive betting support last time but found one better on the day. She is clearly well tried on this surface and can go one place better.

(3) OH MANDY is struggling to win, but she is very consistent and can fight out the finish.

(6) LACRYMA CHRISTI is capable of improvement and is another one to consider.

(1) ROYAL MERMAID clearly needed her local debut and can contest the finish.

Race 4 (1,600m)

A very open-looking race and bettors will need to go wide to survive this leg of the exotics.

(4) WILD FIG proved no match for the very talented Golden Palm last time, but he can be a real threat to these rivals.

(7) KING RAHUL is seeking for a hat-trick and must be considered.

(9) ARIVIDICIO and (8)FUTURE SAINT also can win.

(1) CAPTAIN CLEVER was a very easy recent maiden winner and could be better than his handicap mark.

Race 5 (1,200m)

(3) BAIE MOOI was impressive in her first two wins. She may have needed her last run after returning from a break and can bounce back to score.

(5) Bandmaster has put in decent runs recently and won over 1,400m two starts ago. This is his second try over the 1,200m, but he finished second three starts ago. Place claims.

Stable companion (6) FIERY COUNTESS loves this surface and must be respected for that.

(7) JET SET RUN is speedy and could play a minor role.

Race 6 (1,200m)

(1) TINTAMARRE is unbeaten in three starts on the Polytrack. He picked up a five-point penalty for his latest win but can add to his success tally.

Stable jockey Fourie rides (7) HALCYON and that runner could like the switch to the Polytrack.

(9) TRAVEL MASTER is consistent on this surface. Watch him.

(5) DONNY TEE and (8) SWISS WALT are holding form and clearly not out of it.

Race 7 (1,400m)

(1) GOLDEN LINK is in good form and has not finished far behind in recent runs. He has won twice over this trip and could be ready to score.

(7) EYJAFJALLAJOKULL is not an easy horse to ride but he is capable of winning.

(3) FINAL TRY has been in good form in 2025 and would not be a surprise winner.

(2) WECANGOALLNIGHT showed improvement last time and has Fourie aboard.

Race 8 (2,000m)

(11) RICHARDTHEFEARLESS did too much too early last time and was caught very late. He has a light weight to carry, and could keep going if ridden with more constraint.

(4) GEORGE HANDEL is in good form and can go one better.

(2) FEW DOLLARS MORE is better than his last run and can be a lively danger.

(1) JUAN CARLOS showed improvement as a well backed winner last time. He must be respected.
