In many fairy stories there is often a prince. In Monaco on Sunday, there were two.
The little one carried ghosts in his cockpit, of a departed father and their shared dream, and countless opportunities lost to deliver to the big prince the victory he so wanted to give him, and all his own family and the friends who had supported his quest to drive a red charger to victory in the world’s most famous race.
