When Yasmin Namira Mohammad Yusman first started playing football in January 2018, she never thought it would lead to her getting a scholarship to study abroad.

But last week, she became the second women's footballer to earn a scholarship to study in the United States after national player Putri Nur Syaliza Sazali, who is studying at Cumberland University in Tennessee.
