SINGAPORE - In less than three weeks, Singaporean football referee Taqi Jahari will make the familiar journey from his Bukit Batok home to Changi Airport.

It is one he has taken numerous times since he began officiating abroad after becoming a Fifa international referee a decade ago. From Iran to India, Auckland to Abu Dhabi, the 36-year-old has traversed continents for football.
