Their team might not have been playing, but Liverpool fans in Singapore stayed up till the early hours of yesterday morning to watch defending champions Manchester City drop points which meant they could not overtake the Anfield side.

At 5.12am, they were on hand to celebrate at the final whistle as the Reds officially became Premier League champions for the first time.
