Pep Guardiola has picked some unconventional teams over the years but perhaps none were odder than the last side he selected to face Chelsea in the English Premier League three weeks ago.

Guardiola, the manager who once said he would pick 11 midfielders if he could, selected only one, in Rodri, behind four forwards. City lost 2-1.
