Johor Crown Prince resigns as president of Johor Football Association

PETALING JAYA (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) Johor Crown Prince Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim has stepped down as the President of the Johor Football Association (JFA).

The announcement was made by JFA honorary secretary Mohd Fahmy Yahya in the Johor Southern Tigers official facebook page but no reason were given behind Tunku Ismail's decision.

The post also annnouced that Johor state secretary Datuk Ismail Karim has been appointed as his replacement.

All matters pertaining to the club such as future plans, finance management, the organisational structure, the building of the football academy and new stadium, and the association's policies will remain as it is.
