SINGAPORE - Argentina's World Cup hopes were reignited after defender Marcos Rojo's late winner earned them a 2-1 win over Nigeria in Group D, as Iceland suffered heartbreak with a 2-1 reversal against Croatia, who finished top of the group with a perfect record.
Earlier in Group C, Denmark and France played out a mutually beneficial goalless draw as both countries advanced to the last 16 at the expense of Australia, who lost 2-0 to Peru.
