SINGAPORE - Brazil came to Singapore with stars in tow and samba in their belly but only 41,006 bothered to turn up at the National Stadium to see them last week.

The total crowd across both 1-1 draws - against Senegal (Oct 10) and Nigeria (Oct 13) - paled in comparison to the 51,577 who turned up at the same venue to see Brazil beat Japan 4-0 in 2014.
