SINGAPORE – An overseas scholarship, the first of its kind for Singaporean teenage footballers; the return of the Lion City Cup youth tournament and the setting up of two development pathways under the Unleash the Roar! (UTR) project.
These are the key initiatives in the pipeline for UTR in 2023, said Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Culture, Community and Youth Eric Chua, in a podcast interview with The Straits Times last Thursday.
