SINGAPORE - Balestier Khalsa have lodged a formal complaint with the Football Association of Singapore (FAS) against Hougang United general manager Matthew Tay for allegedly slapping a Balestier player after their Singapore Premier League (SPL) match on Wednesday (Aug 15) night.
According to Balestier, Tay hit their 18-year-old Austrian midfielder Sanjin Vrebac as the player and his teammates walked over to the Hougang bench to shake hands with officials after the match, which Balestier won 2-1.
