SINGAPORE - There was not much going for the local women's football scene when former Singapore international Angeline Chua, 32, decided to start playing at an elite level about 16 years ago.
Her love for the Beautiful Game was born at the void deck where she would have a kickabout with her brother or playing street football with other boys. Even then, she knew she wanted more.
