Euro 2016: Watch how last 16 teams will be decided after group matches end this week

The Euro 2016 football championship hosted by France is in its final week of group matches before the knockout stage starts over the weekend.

Teams that automatically qualify for the last 16 spots in the knockout stage of Euro 2016 will include the top two teams in each of the six groups.

After these 12 spots are taken, the last four spots will be filled by the four best third-placed teams.
