A gold medal changes things. For Terry Hee, it happens on Tuesday at a petrol station in Singapore. He is about to pay when someone recognises him, stops him and asks for a photograph.
It is a week after he and his wife Jessica Tan won the badminton mixed doubles title at the Commonwealth Games, the first Singaporeans to do so at the quadrennial competition.
