SINGAPORE - Since the Singapore Cycling Federation (SCF) Academy opened in 2018, its students have been training at a space roughly the size of two basketball courts at Centaurs Sports Park in Turf City.
The programme, which has 12 to 15 riders, is now set to receive an upgrade as the SCF plans to build a facility, which includes a BMX track, to house its academy.
