Kickboxing: Two Singaporean officials handed three-year suspensions by Asian body

The officials in the Kickboxing Federation of Singapore were found to have "seriously violated rules and regulations and their obligations".

SINGAPORE - The Asian Kickboxing Confederation (Wako Asia) has imposed three-year bans on two senior officials in the Kickboxing Federation of Singapore (KFS) from all its activities.
In a statement posted on its website on Jan 13, Wako Asia announced that its board of directors found that Joel Lye, one of KFS' vice-presidents, and Valencia Yip, the local governing body's general secretary, had "seriously violated rules and regulations and their obligations".
