SINGAPORE - Organisers of the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon (SCSM) have pulled out all the stops this year, including getting full government support, to give the event the boost it needs to make it a World Marathon Major.

This weekend, the SCSM returns for its 17th edition and according to Geoff Meyer, managing director of race organiser Ironman Asia, this year's event will see a concerted effort between the organisers, Government and stakeholders to put up the best show possible.
