SINGAPORE - Nearly a month after Poh Seng Song and Gary Yeo submitted their resignations from Singapore Athletics' (SA) management committee on March 18, it is still unclear as to whether they remain the association's vice-president (finance and partnerships) and athletes' commission representative respectively.
While SA said on March 27 that it has not accepted the former national sprinters' resignations, legal experts The Straits Times spoke to have noted that the association cannot legally stop the pair from stepping down if its constitution does not have any clause that determines how MC members can resign.
