SINGAPORE - When Kampton Kam takes to the high jump pit at the SEA Games later this month, he will be hoping that advice from an Olympic champion will help lift him to glory.

The 21-year-old had spent 24 days training in Karlstad, Sweden, with 2004 Olympic champion Stefan Holm late last year.
