City Developments has emerged as the top bidder for two out of three private housing sites at a state tender that closed yesterday. The property group placed bids of $212.2 million for a plot near Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station and $472.4 million for a parcel at West Coast Vale. The third site on offer in the Sembawang/Mandai area saw a top bid of $43.95 million from a partnership between Lian Soon Holdings and OKP Land.
