KUALA LUMPUR - Customers from Singapore are ordering electronic vaporisers and e-liquids from online retailers in Malaysia, with delivery in Johor Bahru.
John (not his real name), who used to run a vape parlour in Kuala Lumpur, now sells his goods online, and he said some of his regular customers from Singapore make between 50 and 100 orders each time.
