Two taken to hospital after trailer topples over near Mount Faber

SINGAPORE - A trailer driver and his passenger were taken to hospital after the vehicle is believed to have skidded and toppled on its side near Mount Faber on Oct 30.
The police and the Singapore Civil Defence Force said they were alerted to the accident at the junction of Lower Delta Road and Mount Faber Road at around 12.20pm that day.
The 32-year-old trailer driver and his passenger, a 29-year-old man, were taken conscious to Singapore General Hospital.
The police said the driver is assisting with investigations.
In photos of the accident posted on Facebook, the trailer is seen on its side at the junction with its front window crumpled and dislodged. A lamp post is also knocked down.
Repair works on the lamp post are ongoing.
