SINGAPORE - Public transport operator SMRT believes it is close to finding the right balance between rail reliability and the cost of maintaining service levels, even as delays on its MRT lines have become more frequent in recent months.
During a wide-ranging interview with The Straits Times, SMRT chairman Seah Moon Ming said the rail operator is “about there”.
