For the short term, Tan Chong is looking to lease the showroom area - which is around 1,200 sq m - to other users, including childcare operators.

SINGAPORE - Motor group Tan Chong is shutting down its Nissan showroom in Bukit Timah after being there for nearly four decades.
The last motor facility in the area, the showroom was opened in 1982.
